Staff is very attentive and helpful. They were quick to address any of our concerns.Location is right next to Hakata station so super convenient.The corner room we reserved was very spacious and had room to fit 4 large suitcases (plus various bags) as we neared the end of our trip.The parking garage was a little expensive IMO but very convenient. The check-in and check-out process were both very quick and smooth.

Walkable from Hakata Station (east exit or Chikushiguchi exit), quite spacious for solo traveler with cabin luggage, hotel amenities were quite exhaustive, seamless check in, and the check out time is at 12.00 (most hotels 10.00).

This hotel is located next to the main road, which is very convenient. It only takes 6 minutes to walk to Hakata Station. The staff is very friendly. Check-in is self-service, which is very convenient.
There is no parking. Vehicles over 1.6M are not allowed to enter. You need to park in the nearby parking lot. The room very small.
Awesome location with fair price, washing machine is also convinent to use. Check in/out process is fully automated so it didn't take use too much time to complete.
There were some litters (bottle caps, surgical mask, etc.) stuck in the gap between the table and the fridge, a bit disappointed on the cleanliness.

The accommodation locates from the Hakata st. only 3 minutes walking. All facility is adequate for both short and long stay. Moreover, the night is quiet - if you are hungry only a minute away to Deitos.
